the service was super helpful, we got an early check-in and a surprise room upgrade! the suite was stunning and the breakfast was so good with lots of choices. location was perfect for our concert, just a short walk away!

the tight parking situation was a bit annoying and we could hear noises from the room next door sometimes.

I loved the contemporary tea-making facilities, especially having fresh milk in the fridge. The breakfast was quite good, with a decent selection, though I wished for more variety. One downside was the noise from outside. the thin walls let sounds travel through, which disrupted my sleep a bit. I noticed a few fixtures in the bathroom looked a bit tired and could use some updating. it was a pleasant stay despite these minor inconveniences. I'd recommend it for the ambiance and attentive service, but some areas need a little TLC.

From the moment I arrived, the welcoming atmosphere swept me off my feet! My room was artfully decorated with unique touches, creating an inviting sanctuary. The exceptional dining experience, especially the black truffle linguini, was a culinary highlight that'll keep me dreaming of my stay!

Couldn't recommend more for a day tour

Comfortable room, attentive staff, with easy access to the nearby railway station making exploration a breeze, and enjoyed the delicious evening meal that surpassed my expectations.

Not obvious to find without clear signage in certain areas.

The bar offered a comfortable atmosphere with exceptional dining that highlighted home-made organic products. A lovely green park area right in front added to the appeal. on-site parking charges are steep at £20 per day, and while the room was pleasantly spacious, it lacked some additional amenities that would have enhanced the experience.

My 2-night stay was quite remarkable! The grandeur of the high ceilings and the stylish decor made the atmosphere feel luxurious. the coffee at breakfast was top-notch and really added to my day. I particularly enjoyed the spacious Roseate Classic Room. it was even more beautiful than the photos, definitely more bright and airy. I would absolutely choose this place again.
